Help with PDF Files

Most documents on the CCBFC website are "PDF" files that you can open to view, save, or print on your computer using FREE Abdobe Reader.

If a link to a file does not work on your computer, here are a few things that might help:

1) You may not have Free Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.  Free Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader is required to view PDF files.  If you don't have it you can get it FREE by CLICKING HERE

2) Sometimes it helps to save the document to a folder on your computer and open it from there instead of opening it directly from the CCBFC website.  In order to save a file to your computer,  RIGHT-CLICK on the blue  highlighted link, and select SAVE LINK AS or SAVE TARGET AS.  Save the file to a folder (e.g. My Documents) on your computer. Then go to the folder and open the file you just saved using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3) Your internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozzila-Firefox, Safari, etc.) may not be working with Adobe Reader.  Most browsers work with PDF files, but depending on how updated your programs are, it may not be working today.  Usually you will have more than one browser on your computer. Try going to the CCBFC website using a different browser to download a PDF file.  If you would like to download and try a new browser, here are some links to common, FREE browsers:

Internet Explorer

Firefox/Mozilla

Apple Safari

Google Chrome

Opera
